The Study Abroad Fair is almost here! Join us at the Fall Study Abroad Fair on Friday, September 12 from 1:00-4:00pm on the Academic Mall. Come explore all the different opportunities available to you as a student at Xavier to study, research or intern abroad!

Students planning to study abroad in 2025-2026 should apply for a passport, and/or review when their passport expires. As a general rule, most countries require your passport to be valid for 6 months in advance of the departure date back to the US. If your student needs a visa prior to departure, their passport will need to be valid (not in processing!) to be able to apply for the visa in the month leading up to departure.

Spring 2026 Semester applications are due on September 1, 2025 with the exception of Xavier’s STEM in London and our new Xavier in Peru signature semester experience.

The Center for International Education welcomes all students to attend International Coffee Hour on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm in the GSC 2nd floor, Faces of the World Lounge for community, coffee, and conversation.

Applications for summer 2026 study abroad programs will be available in October. Students are accepted on a rolling basis. Final day to submit an application is February 1.
