Program Details
The Xavier in Australia program is a four-week program through four different Australian cities: Townsville (Great Barrier Reef), Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne, to expose athletic training and sport management majors to Australian culture and global educational concepts. This study abroad course will include: an introduction to common Australian sports, lectures from Australian professionals and faculty, programming at the Australian Institute of Sport, a tour of the Sydney Olympic Park, tour of Blue Mountains, surf lessons and surf injury lecture, and exposure to international sports, sport facilities, and sports medicine.
