Academic Offerings
Spring Hill has a variety of course offerings. In addition to their regular academic courses, Spring Hill Bologna offers service learning and internship options.

Students should have a 2.75 GPA to apply.
Accommodation Options
There are two housing options for Italy Center students: Camplus Alma Mater Dormitory, and the Poggeschi Community Engagement Apartment in historic city center. Both housing options have unique advantages and opportunities.
Health Insurance
Students will be provided with international health insurance from Spring Hill College.
Visa Requirement
Italian Law requires that all semester students are to secure a study visa prior to entering Italy and this process may take as long as three months to complete. Students who delay application to the SHC Italy Center beyond the suggested deadlines will not be early enough to participate in the group submission for visa and will consequently need to apply independently at the Italian consulate. Applying independently can be time consuming.
